CA. TARUN MITTAL a reputed Tax Consultant & Chartered Accountant, also founder of our firm and one of the partner is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since August 2011.
He has earned an experience of more than 8 years in the field of Audit (Statutory audit, Internal Audits, Stock Audit, Management Audit) , Taxation, ROC matter , Home loan & LAP’s, Project Finance.
He holds degree of B.COM. FCA, D.I.S.A, and also practice Certification of Concurrent Audit of Bank.
He has experience of handling corporate affairs in different areas for over a decade.
CA. SANCHITA AGRAWAL

– Mrs. SANCHITA AGRAWAL became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in 2013. She joined the firm in December 2014. She is a CA professional with more than 5 years experience in handling tax matters at ITAT level, & SEBI compliance & been successfully providing assistance in matters related to F.E.M.A.
She has handled cases for like MDH , S Chand and K BL. Her professionalism and expertise to serve clients to their satisfaction has always been the inspiration for all in the organization.

CA. ANKIT KUMAR GUPTA partner of the firm since December 2016 is having experience of more than 2 years in the field of Statutory and Internal Audits and Taxation. He has worked as Accounts officer in a textile manufacturing company having experience in handing finalization of accounts, preparation of MIS and tax compliance etc. He has also worked in a engineering company located in Mumbai where he was responsible for preparation and handling of Direct taxation Scrutiny matters.

Adv. Vikalp Agrawal is Associate partner of the firm since year 2012 and is having experience in the field of Sales tax matters and other legal matter and compliance.

CS Ruby Jha is a Practicing Company secretary associated with the firm and looking after the company law matters like Incorporation, merging, winding up of companies and various compliance under the Companies Act 2013.
